Prices & Ordering
All prices are excluding VAT and shipping and are in Danish kroner. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right for typographical errors, price changes, and sold-out items.
Payment
Once you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation containing the total amount for your purchase including VAT and shipping. You can pay for the order by bank transfer to:

Unless otherwise agreed, your order will not be shipped until we have registered your payment.
Right of withdrawal
For distance sales, a 14-day right of return is provided from the delivery date. It is a condition that the goods are returned in the same condition and quantity. Since the original packaging in some cases constitutes a significant part of the product's value, it may mean that the item cannot be considered returned in the same condition and quantity if the packaging is not included.
The purchase can be canceled by returning the item to OxyGone.
Returns are made in the following manner:
- Return the item and specify that the transaction is to be canceled.
- Remember to include the invoice.
- Provide your account number so we can transfer the amount to your account.
- The costs associated with the return are borne by the buyer.
Complaints
As a consumer, you have a 2-year right to complain, which means that you can have the item repaired or exchanged within this period. This is contingent on the complaint being justified and the corresponding invoice from OxyGone being provided.
The right to complain covers manufacturing or material defects and is void if the defect is caused by the buyer, such as through incorrect or unauthorized repair, improper use, or lack of maintenance. For complaints, OxyGone must be contacted first.

Limitation of liability
To the extent that OxyGone is liable to the buyer, OxyGone's liability is limited to direct losses and does not include consequential damages and indirect losses such as loss of earnings, operating losses, etc. Likewise, OxyGone cannot be held responsible for damages caused by improper use of the purchased products.
OxyGone assumes no responsibility for the buyer's legal relationship with third parties.
