There are three types of pull units and three types of gas nozzles. This provides plenty of options—you can either fill the entire system with gas or insert a foam pad pull!
If it’s not possible to push the gas further into the pipe, you can use the long gas nozzle to direct the gas behind the weld, ensuring the weld zone is free from oxygen!
The O-ring is placed so that it surrounds the pipe on both the nozzle and the pull unit, preventing the nozzle from sinking.

The tool can solve most welding tasks in pipes.
It’s easy to insert. There is a very stiff stainless steel wire with a Bakelite ball at the end, which can be fed through 6 to 8 90-degree bends. After that, you secure the hose and lead it to the welding site.
It’s easy to remove after welding, as it can be easily pulled through 6 to 8 90-degree bends where the pipe is over 51mm.
It’s almost impossible to create overpressure in the weld zone when using foam pads. The weld remains straight and doesn’t bulge when you’re rounding and sealing.
If the pads are not exposed to sharp objects or similar, they are incredibly strong. They can withstand temperatures up to 100 degrees.
The pads are made with one side that is sealed. They can be ordered in all sizes, with the set covering from 1" to 4" for either dairy or standard pipes.
If you need to reduce a pipe size, it is possible to pull the pads through in most cases.
The set is made of corrosion-resistant materials, so it does not cause any staining inside the pipes.
It’s easy to keep track of the contents, and you can easily find what you need since the box is made of clear plastic.
Hoses are available in 10-meter lengths and can be connected as needed.
